Service Description
The Training and Mentoring program is dedicated to equipping professionals and families with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to effectively work with and advocate for individuals with disabilities. Providing comprehensive training and personalised mentoring to enhance understanding, improve practices, and foster a more inclusive environment. The program offers tailored training sessions which include best practices in disability support, a wide range of choice and control scenarios and effective communication strategies. These are either one-on-one mentoring sessions to address specific challenges, offer guidance, and support along with ongoing professional development.
